Our system is an off-the-shelf solution that is ready for any local authority to use. When you get started with Playwaze we’ll take you and your providers through our onboarding process and your HAF programme will be ready to launch.
We know that some local authorities have had problems when parents have booked multiple activities that occur at the same time and then choosing which to attend on the day. We’ve built in a function that means they cannot book activities that clash and this reduces the number of ‘no-shows’.
Yes. Providers are able to use their existing systems and manually add their activities onto your holiday activity finder using open data. However, this means you will not be able to see live booking data.
We can produce FSM codes as part of our premium support package. In most cases, we have found that local authorities prefer to distribute the codes through schools or directly to parents via email.
Yes – we’ve seen great success with schools and early years settings. Schools can understandably be apprehensive when implementing new systems but we’ve designed our support and onboarding to make it easy for anyone to learn to use Playwaze, and many schools have continued to use our system outside of the HAF programme for their day-to-day delivery.
Yes. Schools can use our eligibility tool to make activities available to specific groups of participants.
