This Personal Data that Communities collect is shared with us in order that we can store, back-up and process the Personal Data for the Communities on the Platform as a data processor.
We share the Personal Data we collect from you with the Communities that you join in order for you to participate in those Communities.

Personal Data is collected in the following ways;

  • fill in forms on our Platform

We share your Personal Data with Communities that you join and these Communities use it to:

  • manage your Community registration
  • provide you with Community information
  • manage your involvement in Community activities
  • send you messages related to the Community

8. How your Personal Data is shared with third parties

We may share your Personal Data with third parties that:

  • host our website and provide our IT system

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Any payments made by you, will be encrypted.
